Personal Training Session bookings and payments:

When you schedule a personal training session with us, a specific block of time has been arranged and agreed by both the client and the personal trainer.

Therefore, full payment for the session is required when booking your slot.

To cancel or reschedule, we ask for a minimum of 1 hour notice before the scheduled session, if this is no met, you will be charged for the session.

Class Bookings:

All classes are on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. This is to allow fairness across the whole facility. We can book as far in advance as you like.

To cancel your place, you must contact us within 2 hours before the class. This is to allow us to fill your space with someone else who would like to attend.

If you fail to contact us, you will NOT be put onto the following class. We understand this may sound harsh; however, we need to consider every client that would like to attend classes.

Free Consultation:

For a free and quick consultation regarding your fitness, scan the QR code or click the link on Your Fitness Needs Facebook page to answer a few questions.

Once you have submitted your form, a personal trainer from Your Fitness Needs will be in touch with options to improve your fitness based on your results.

Memberships:

If you get a membership with Your Fitness Needs, then you are agreeing to the terms and conditions. 

Payment will be taken regardless of how often you use the gym and will be taken out monthly/ yearly depending on the type. If you don't wish for this to happen then you can cancel your membership/pay for other passes.
