CLEANLINESS & HYGIENE

We like to take pride in a clean gym. Therefore, our gym and equipment are frequently cleaned.

There are self cleaning stations available for clients to wipe down equipment after use.

YOUR SAFETY

Here at Your Fitness Needs, we offer a FREE induction from a qualified member of staff to anyone (These must be booked in advance). INDUCTIONS ARE OPTIONAL, HOWEVER WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND HAVING ONE. SHOULD YOU CHOOSE NOT TO, YOU ARE USING ALL OF THE EQUIPMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Our staff are also trained in first aid should you need medical assistance.

SECURITY

CCTV is always being operated at our gym, ensuring our clients safety as well as the staffs.
