About Me
Growing up and being involved in many sports activities has made a great impact on my life today.
I have over 50 qualifications relating to sport, fitness, nutrition and mental health with over 7 years experience in the fitness industry.

- Level 4 personal Trainer

- Level 3 diploma in pre and post Natal Instructor

About Me
I have always had an interest in the gym, from training in groups to training friends I have loved helping others improve their fitness.
My main focus is weight and resistance training, which I very much enjoy.
