A GYM WEDDING!
Elise and Cadno (Owners of Your Fitness Needs) are getting married on the 5th July 2025!
We are all very excited for this magical day (even more so with it being a Harry Potter themed wedding! ;) )
As the date approaches, please bear with us as the future bride and groom will be taking some time off in preparation for their special day.
The reduced hours will be updated on the main page of the website and any classes that will not be held during this time will be found on the class timetable page.
A reduced opening hours and class timetable will be released in September for the time when they are away on their honeymoon.
We thank you all for your co operation during these next few months and wish them all the best during this exciting time!

Ale Adventures - The Trilogy!
Ale Adventures is our own event to help bring the community together. Anyone can come and join us for a lovely walk around the dales with great views, refreshments and company.
Get to know your gym peers and make some new friends around the area.
We aim to help promote mental well being with fresh Yorkshire air and surrounded by amazing people who care!
FOR THESE DATES, THE GYM WILL BE OPEN 8-10.30AM
This year, we are opening things up a little further by adding in a second walk!
This time, as well as getting your own Ale Adventures T shirt. The Little Box meal prep company is supplying a menu of delicious optional extras!

Thank you to our amazing community for nominating us for the Englands Business Awards, we are officially a finalist!
We have been nominated in the category 'Best health & fitness business'
We came in the top in the top 4 'Best Health & Fitness business' in North Yorkshire and came in the top 50 out of ALL the businesses that got nominated in Yorkshire!
